- C_Timer OnUpdate uses elapsed param
- IsAchievementCompletion checks completion boolean
- C_Map.GetPlayerMapPosition fixes
- QuestieLearner GUID function forward declarations
- Taint guards on secure hooks (InCombatLockdown + pcall)

Fixes ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED: UseAction() errors
